Online-Surf-Shops Shipping Policy

o TIME: We make our best effort to ship within 1 to 2 business days from day of purchase (cut-off time 10 A.M. Eastern USA time zone), but we can not guarantee shipping times.

o GROUND SHIPPING: If items are in stock and ground shipping is the purchasers shipping choice, orders will be shipped no later than 5 business days {Keeping in mind that we USUALLY ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase}.

o OVER-NITE, 2nd DAY AIR, 3 DAY SHIPPING: If any shipping method OTHER than ground is selected, and the order is placed BEFORE 10 A.M. Eastern USA time, we will make every effort to ship within 1 business day of order. If order is placed AFTER 10 A.M. Eastern USA time, we will ship within 2 business days of order (However, we will still make every effort to ship within 1 business day). If we can not ship within 2 business days of order, we will contact for further instructions from purchaser. If we can not contact customer or ship within 2 days, we will ship when possible and reduce shipping charges. If no contact or shipment has been made within 30 days, we will refund customers money and cancel order.

o RETURNS: Return shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases (Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds). On rash guards there is a fee of $7 (seven US Dollars), or $1.75 (one dollar seventy-five cents US Dollars) per shirt, which ever is higher. On all other products original packing must be used, and there is charge of $7 (seven US Dollars) per order, or 12% of original sales price, re-stocking fee; which ever is higher.

  DO NOT send returns that are registered or certified from USPS. They will NOT be accepted. If you need tracking use UPS, FedEx of DHL.

o SHIP RETURNS / EXCHANGES to.... Online-Surf-Shops , 3409 Champlain Lane, Virginia Beach, VA. 23452. Include instructions with return (Refund, Exchange, etc.). Please include size/color instructions with rash guard exchanges, so we will know what to send you in return. For all Skim Board and Body Board returns, ORIGINAL PACKING must be used.

o RETURNS: A note with instructions (you would like a refund, exchange, what was wrong with order, etc.) must be included on original packing/billing slip with all returns.

o SHIPPING DAMAGE: Although we make every effort to pack our items well, damage does occur sometimes. In the case of damage due to shipping, Please KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS until inspection of merchandise buy the shipper. Contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can begin claim. If Packing Materials are thrown away, an insurance claim can NOT BE FILED and you will be stuck with the damaged merchandise.

o BACK ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK: If we are out-of-stock of a particular item, a representative of Online-Surf-Shops will contact you within 2 business days (cut off time 10 A.M. Eastern USA time zone) for instructions. If we haven't been able to contact you, we will continue to hold your order on file for 30 days. If we still do not have back ordered items, we will refund money back to your credit card and cancel order.

o NOTE: We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

By placing an order at Online-Surf-Shops, a customer has agreed to the shipping terms of the sale as indicated above.
