Sales Policy

Products sold by Online-Surf-Shops are covered under our 15-day money back guarantee, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by 15-day money back guarantee are specified on the product's individual page as well as the special exceptions section below. We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

o RETURNS / EXCHANGES

o Ship to.... Online-Surf-Shops , 3409 Champlain Lane, Virginia Beach, VA. 23452. Include instructions with return (Refund, Exchange, etc.). Please include size/color instructions with rash guard exchanges, so we will know what to send you in return. For all Skim Board and Body Board returns, ORIGINAL PACKING must be used.

  DO NOT send returns that are registered or certified from USPS. They will NOT be accepted. If you need tracking use UPS, FedEx of DHL.

o All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. Online-Surf-Shops will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.

o All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

o Return fees: On rash guards there is a fee of $7 (Seven US Dollars), or $1.75 (one dollar seventy-five cents US Dollars) per shirt, which ever is higher. On all other products original packing must be used, and there is charge of $5 (five US Dollars) per order, or 12% of original sales price, re-stocking fee; which ever is higher.

o A note with instructions (you would like a refund, exchange, what was wrong with order, etc.) must be included on original packing/billing slip with all returns.

o All return shipping fees and other related fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.

o Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.

After 15-days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see product's individual page for further details on warranty coverage.

Warranty Service

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

By placing an order at Online-Surf-Shops, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized Online-Surf-Shops'to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Online-Surf-Shops reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Online-Surf-Shops or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Online-Surf-Shops site, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained at the Online-Surf-Shops site, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Online-Surf-Shops'records, programs or services. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, even if an authorized representative of Online-Surf-Shops'has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Online-Surf-Shops site. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or Limitation of Liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Online-Surf-Shops'reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Online-Surf-Shops will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Online-Surf-Shops attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. However, we can not guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Online-Surf-Shops shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Quantities May be Limited
Online-Surf-Shops may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Online-Surf-Shops account, credit card, and also orders which use the same billing and/or shipping address. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should such change occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
